Innovative companies whose product, process or service – the main object of fundraising – has at least reached the prototype or testing phases, preferably having already made its first sales;

Be registered with the Board of Trade, as a Limited Company (“LTDA”) or Joint- stock Company (“S/A”) for at least 6 (six) months at the beginning of the enrollment period to our program;

Be registered with the Commercial Registry for at least six months before the start of the application process.
